The guys did their best, our tour guide Willie and driver Alex were very welcoming and helpful, they made sure everything was done properly and safe. You are not allowed to have your phones during zip line and atv, but it’s just a common sense, because it’s pretty high and they don’t want the liability of anyone getting hurt or drop their phone on the ground. They want you to be hands free, so you need to leave…”
